PRP therapy is a regenerative therapy that utilizes the healing properties of your own blood to relieve pain and inflammation caused by various acute injuries and chronic conditions. PRP uses red blood cells and plasma to help injured or damaged areas that can heal on their own over time, by giving the body a boost to jumpstart the healing process. Nasal Swab/Sputum Testing – For patients living in the Collin County, Texas area, our physicians can evaluate you online for the need to have a nasal swab performed to detect active or asymptomatic active infection. If you are within our service area and the physician determines that you need a test, a house call visit may be scheduled where our physician will visit you and perform the swab. The results are available within 24 hours. Our physicians will call you to discuss your results as soon as they are available.
Antibody Testing – Patients can schedule an online appointment and see a physician from the comfort of your home or office. Our physicians can then order an antibody test to be performed at one of our partner laboratories. This option is available for patients in Texas and Nevada.

COVID-19 Insurance FAQs
Will my insurance cover COVID-19 testing? – In many cases, your insurance will cover the entire cost of the test itself. The doctor’s visit may or may not be covered depending upon your insurance carrier. Some insurance companies have waived the patient cost sharing during COVID-19. We can check your eligibility prior to your visit and provide an estimate.
I am uninsured. Can I be tested for COVID-19? – Testing for uninsured patients is currently available and covered by the Federal Government. Patients must be completely uninsured to receive this testing at no cost.

Dr. de Moor is a native Texan, born and raised in Mesquite, Texas. She graduated from SMU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and attended Medical School at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Dr. de Moor trained in pediatrics during her Intern year at the University of Texas Medical Branch and specialized in Emergency Medicine in her residency at Texas Tech El Paso where she was Chief Resident. She previously served as Medical Director and ER Trauma Director of JPS Health Network in Ft Worth before starting her own independent physician group in 2013. She served as President of the Collin County Medical Society and President of Project Access Collin County from 2015-2017. She was elected to the Board of the Texas Medical Association in 2016 and is the current President Elect of the American Association of Women Emergency Physicians. Dr. de Moor founded Driven MD in April of 2020 to help further meet demands for access to acute care for patients across the Country.
